An Item I have purchased isn’t working. What do I do now?

All items come with documentation, so read the documentation. If you need additional support, you can contact the author.

Would I be able to make commercial use of Items?

Yes, all our items are available for personal and commercial projects. You can also modify them according to the needs of your clients.

Do you allow unlimited downloads of your purchased items?

Yes, you can. Once you purchase an item, we send you an email immediately containing a download link. If the item is available in Grid Templates, you can download your purchased item unlimited times. Log in to your account and then click on the My Downloads link.

Can I redistribute the Template/Item with my Application?

The item can only be used for one project. For more than one project you need to purchase an Extended license of the item.

Can I use a single Item for unlimited projects?

No. It works for one project only. If you want unlimited access you will need to upgrade to the extended license.

Can I purchase Items without registering in Grid Template?

No, If you want to purchase an item from our website, you must register first. The main objective is to identify and provide support and updates.

Is Item comes with Documentation or a Quickstart guide?

A complete set of instructions are included with every item.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds are not generally given for frivolous reasons. In case the item is not working as shown in the demo and the author is unable to resolve the issue. The author may be contacted and action taken immediately. We have outlined our refund policy in detail.

Is my data safe on your site?

Our customers trust us that their information will never be shared with anyone but us. The Pixency is SSL-protected, so nothing to worry about.
